 I know you guys are going to think I'm crazy for this one. To again peace with yourself is to over come grief and to accept the wrong that was done to you. You have to accept the pain that was placed upon your soul, mind and body. You don't want it to take control of you nor consume your life. Don't be afraid because once you do that, once you become afraid that person has won all over again. You gain acceptance by forgiving that person and yes it's hard but you won't completely be healed unto you do so. This is the only way your going to be able to move forward with your life.
